OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 February 2008 was announced, that an administrative and business centre with the area of 23,700 square metres for All-Russian Research Institute Zhelezobeton is set to be built in east Moscow by the end of 2010.

“Initially it was planned to complete the construction in the fourth quarter of the current year, however, the investor and developer asked for prolongation of the time of erection of the building to the end of 2010,” a source in the city administration said.

A superstructure of the building will occupy 15,000 square metres, a substructure with a 234-parking-space car park will occupy 8,700 square metres.
