OREANDA-NEWS. February 18, 2008. The total transaction value equals to $15 mln. The deal put Deutsche Bank and Hillside Apex Fund SPC investment fund on the list of investors that joined Verysell’s business enterprise since the beginning of 2007 - alongside with Scandinavian direct investment fund Mint Capital, British investment fund RP Explorer Fund (a branch of RP Capital Group), fund Renaissance pre-IPO, and investment fund Steep Rock Capital.

The international financial institutions are represented in Verysell’s Executive Board by Ulf Persson (Mint Capital), Poul Swigart (Steep Rock Capital), and Zaphar Zokhidov – a representative of Deutsche Bank and Hillside Apex Fund SPC.

The investments were attracted by Verysell Group for executing the M&A programme in the field of systems integration and consulting.

Mikhail Krasnov commented on that: "We were established in 1990 as a joint venture, and we always took efforts to keep our status of a Russian company with international investments. We are proud to have been able to attract a strong pool of foreign  investors. It is especially valuable that representatives of global financial institutions, with their vast experience of large-scale business management, will participate in management of our company".

Timofey Demchenko, head of special investment department of Deutsche Bank, has added: "Deutsche Bank will gladly cooperate with Hillside Apex Fund in order to secure dynamical growth of Verysell. Attracting the leading Western funds as co-investors is a part of our investment strategy".
