OREANDA-NEWS. On  26 February 2008 was announced, that a hotel with a height of almost 100 meters is to be built in Zelenograd district of Moscow.

According to the order by Moscow City Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, the hotel designed to have 420 rooms with a total area of over 43,000 square meters will occupy a site of 1 hectare. The precast concrete structures are to be used during the construction.

A car park for 157 parking stalls with a 5,700-square-metre substructure and a 162-square-metre superstructure is to be put up near the hotel.

A source from the city administration of Moscow added that the city authorities would form and submit a package of lot documentation for approval by Moscow City Competition Policy Department. The tender will be arranged due to its results.

The city authorities estimate that an approximate volume of investment for realization of the construction project will equal more than 1,66 billion rubles with no regard to the investor’s expenses for fitting out the hotel with process environment and furniture.
