OREANDA-NEWS. February 26, 2008.  Marketing and Operations Department of SOCAR issued a tender for the export of 615 thousand barrels of REBCO crude oil through Novorossiysk port from March 25 to March 27, 2008. British company Glencore Energy UK Ltd won the tender.
