OREANDA-NEWS. March 3, 2008. As a rule, it is quite difficult to anticipate expectations of the auditors, who implement certification of the quality management system’s conformance to the ISO 9000:2000 requirements. This situation results from both high level of the standards’ requirements and the accumulated experience and professionalism of the auditors. Bercut Ltd. has overcome these obstacles: the state of a number of the company’s management and work processes, which were examined in the course of the audit, exceeded expectations of the experts from Det Norske Veritas (DNV) – the leading international certification company.

At the end of 2007, the quality management system, which was implemented in the company over 7 years ago, passed another external inspection audit. This time it was Det Norske Veritas. The level of implementation of separate requirements of ISO 9001:2000 has been revised in the Marketing Department, Product Division, Customer Service Department, Development Division – in the context of the processes, the effectiveness of which influences significantly the quality of the service and, therefore, customer satisfaction.

The auditors from Det Norske Veritas mentioned some solutions that are adopted in Bercut Ltd. and whose effectiveness considerably exceeds expectations, as “a good practice” in their report. These solutions enable increasing the transparency and enhancing the quality of interaction with a customer.

According to the audit results, DNV issued Bercut Ltd. with the certificate of the quality management system’s compliance with the ISO 9000:2000 requirements, which is valid until 31.12.2010.
