OREANDA-NEWS. March 05, 2008. Third year in a row Ukio bankas takes part in the campaign “Praise Good Service” arranged by “GerasAptarnavimas.lt”, traditionally announcing March to be the month of excellent service, reported the press-centre of Ukio bankas.

The goal of the campaign is to promote the principles of good service in the country and make the public pay attention to the quality of customer service. This campaign targets both the service staff and the clients in order to motivate employees working in service sector and encourage clients to share their opinions on the quality of service.

”Ukio bankas takes part in excellent service campaign with the aim to emphasize the importance of customer service in everyday work. We provide financial services therefore we believe that professional customer relations management is very important to our clients and client service specialists. Participation in excellent service campaign is one of the ways to motivate employees because positive response of the clients is one of the best drives to improve and work better,” said director of Ukio bankas Human Resource Department Rasa Krisciuniene.

Clients will learn about Ukio bankas participation in Excellent Service Campaign from special promotion material (badges, stickers, posters, voting boxes etc.) placed in the bank branches and client service units. Clients willing to praise good service at Ukio bankas may do so by filling special questionnaires, posting a message in the website www.gerasaptarnavimas.lt (in Lithuanian) or sending an e-mail to info@gerasaptarnavimas.lt, also by making a phone call or sending a SMS using the short number 1808. The call or SMS price is the same as in your operator’s network.

The month-long campaign will be finalized in a two-day conference “Excellent Service Days VI” where the mostly praised companies will be rewarded.

Last year the secret buyer investigation that took place simultaneously with the excellent service campaign showed that Ukio bankas was among the ten best companies.
