On 07 March 2008 Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine announced that it will assign a rating to UAH30m 3-year coupon bonds (C series) to be issued by Lviv Oblast-based Galychyna CJSC (`Issuer` or `company`). The company`s principal activity is production and sale of whole milk products, and of powdered defatted milk, butter and hard cheeses. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider Issuer`s financial statements and other information furnished by the company.

A credit rating assigned to a debt obligation indicates company`s capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on the obligation. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of Issuer`s bonds.
