OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 March 2008 was announced, that a retail complex is to be built at the intersection of Akademika Sakharova Avenue and Sadovaya-Spasskaya Street in central Moscow. The project was approved by the public council under the Moscow City Mayor’s Office on March 5.

“The building being designed will be located at the intersection of Sadovoe Ring Road and Akademika Sakharova Avenue. Its main facades will be directed to the southwest and front onto the stated streets,” Aleksander Kuzmin, head architect of Moscow, said.
According to Mr Kuzmin, the building will have selling spaces on the floors above the ground level, a car park for 385 parking spaces on four underground levels and a department store with retail outlets on the ground floor.
