OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 March 2008 Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine announced that it will assign a long-term credit rating to UAH59.4m 2-year housing bonds to be issued by Odessa-based Grani LLC (`Issuer` or `company`). The company`s principal activity is investing and construction. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider Issuer`s financial statements and its other information.

A credit rating assigned to a debt obligation indicates company`s capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on the obligation. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of Issuer`s bonds.
