The complex’s total area of 969,356 sq m is located on the left bank of the Dnipro River, between Metro Kharkivska and Metro Vyrlytsia, on the main route to Boryspil Airport. This project is the largest landmark urban project yet and will spur the completion and expansion of new infrastructure in the city as a whole. The Vyrlytsia Complex will be the city’s face, a demonstration of the contemporary level of property development in the capital. The other partners in project planning and development are Jones Lang LaSalle, a well-known consulting company, and the architectural offices of Benoy.
