OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2008. ROSNO’s Moscow Regional Directorate and the Marketing and Business Development Department have announced results of the Champions’ League contest held in 2007 among the sales agents working with private clients.

In accordance with the announced contest results, 54 sales agents winning the maximum number of points in terms of collected premium and achieved sales targets have been included in the Champions’ League.

During the solemn awarding ceremony, the organizers announced the names of winners and awarded them valuable prizes, such as tour tickets, DVD players, communicators, laptops, and LCD TVs.

Drawing of the main prizes — two BMW 3-series cars — was left "for dessert". 35 winners participated in the drawing, and the fortune smiled to I.P. Romanova and S. E. Uglovsky, employees of ROSNO’s Moscow-based agencies.

Addressing the participants, Mr. Khannes Chopra, ROSNO’s General Manager, said: "Clients and agents are at the heart of our business. It is sales agents who communicate our company’s values to clients and win their trust by everyday work. We aspire to become the best financial services provider in Russia and CIS. To this end, we need to increase the number of universal agents in order to shift to a fundamentally new customer service level. Any person may find solution to all of its financial problems in our company, while working with only one, his or her „personal“ agent, which is undoubtedly very convenient. And this is exactly what we know as our professional mission: comfort and confidence of our clients.„

Mr. Elnour Souleimanov, ROSNO’s Deputy General Manager and head of the Agent Sales Management Centre, noted: “We treasure our salespeople and, by holding such contests, additionally award them for their achievements. Such contests have become a good tradition in ROSNO. While competition between insurance companies is growing, our requirements for agents are also on the rise. Whatever products or services our company may develop, its success will primarily depend on the agents, who, as true psychologists, shall at first understand the clients’ needs, and then offer them the best possible solution. In our country, personal insurance is still very young. Yet, as time passes, insurance policies for apartments, houses, children and parents will become a norm of life. Indeed, I am certain that our agents are prepared for these market developments".
