OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2008. On base of the JSC "Tatenergo " branch, Kazan Thermal Networks that included Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk operational districts, was founded the independent business subject - JSC "Naberezhnye Chelny Thermal Network Company". The Director for the new company was appointed Yuri Kozharin, who had worked as Chief Engineer at NCh ER КTN.

Yuri Kozharin is 46 years old. He graduated from Kuibyshev Polytechnic University and majored in "Thermal Power Plants". Yuri Vasilievich has worked 25 years in the power system, he started his career at Urussu Condensation Plant, where he was the senior machinist and later headed the company. 2001 thru 2006 he headed the Zainsk Condensation Plant, then was appointed the Chief Engineer of NCh ER КTN. After founding the JSC "Naberezhnye Chelny Thermal Network Company" Yuri Kozharin became its Director.

Basic task of the entity was and is the uninterrupted provision of Naberezhnye Chelny with heat. Traditions of working with population, set up in the "Tatenergo" branch continue. Besides, the thermal network company has possibility to more fruitfully work with the townspeople, faster react at applications of Chelny residents. Judging from results for 2007, compared to previous year twice less complaints came to the dispatch office of the company.

In the thermal network company will continue they policy, developed in the entity of the power holding. To make the heat supply to Naberezhnye Chelny more dependable, it is necessary to replace the pipelines, use the new technologies, new modern materials. For this reason the priority if activities of JSC "Naberezhnye Chelny Thermal Network Company" will be its upgrading.

Further, in order to develop in residents the careful relation to heat that they consume, was developed the program of installation of meters and regulation of heat in Naberezhnye Chelny and were installed already the first 340 units on the money of JSC "Tatenergo". As practice shows, in the houses with such meters the consumption reduced till normative and even lower.
