OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2008. According to preliminary estimates, in 2007 the net profit of Atomstroyexport grew by 46.6% to \\$33mln.

During a conference on investment projects management the vice president of Atomstroyexport Timur Ivanov said that the company’s income grew by 1.5 times to \\$661mln. The current amount of Atomstroyexport’s contracts exceeds \\$12bln, including the construction of nuclear reactors in China and India.

By the beginning of this year the company had received over 20 inquiries about Russia’s possible participation in nuclear projects in different countries, Ivanov said.
