OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2008. The mortgage market is a dynamic enough: as compared to 2005, the market has grown considerably. According to the Mr. Alexander Kozlenko, the Head of the mortgage crediting department of RODOVID BANK, it is necessary to make certain changes in the legislative base, to develop the existent programs of the mortgage crediting at introducing new one, that will be instrumental in more dynamic development of the mortgage crediting. "If to speak about the Government programs, the stake of such loans in the general mortgage brief-case of the Ukrainian banks is very small, but has stable tendency of permanent growth, that confirms market necessity in a presence of such programs", - Mr. Kozlenko marked.

" In 2008 the volumes of the mortgage crediting will exceed the indexes of 2007 that is conditioned by the certain decrease in demand on the real estate. The advantageous credititing programs for the banks will be the programs of loans on mortgage, and also loans on the purchase of lands plot. The cost of loans wouldn’t be changed substantially, although there can be certain adjustments within the limits of 1-2%, – Alexander Kozlenko considers.
