The service is alternative to clients' telephone address as far as it was created exceptionally for immediacy of responsiveness increase on clients' request".

"Callback" has started since the end of February 2008 and it is obvious that dynamics of service popularity growth is stable. "Finance and Credit" Bank "Callback" was created in the end of February 2008 and operates 24 hours on-line. The principal functions are information provision of Bank services and products, service support of existing clients and new clients attraction, receipt and processing of e-mails and on-line applications for consumer loans receipt via alternative sales channels.
