OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2008. Gomselmash Company has set up an escort and service system at all markets of farm machines.

Vasily Klimenok noted that Decree #186 “On several measures to strengthen accountability for quality of home-produced goods” focused the activity of the producers on a system-defined work with the clients on enhancing the competitive ability of the products.

Gomselmash provides the consumers with all necessary technical information. “We have a databank for every farm machine – where and how it operates. We settle the issue in case of our fault in the machine damage,” Vasily Klimenok underlined.

The deputy director general has noted that Gomselmash ensures a two-year warranty lifetime of its vehicles. In 2007, Gomselmash exports of farm machines jumped by 80% from 2006. The company intends to preserve the same growth rate in 2008.

Today, Belarus has 15 service centers of Gomselmash farm machines, there are 64 of them in Russia. China has Gomselmash service centers as well.

In January-February 2008, the company’s exports totaled \\$48,3 million, 8 times up over the same time last year.

Gomselmash Company is a multi-business producer of machines used to cultivate and harvest basic crops. The company’s line-up includes machines for harvesting grain, forage crops, sugar beet, potato, as well as mowers and machines for complex soil cultivation.

The company’s designing, manufacturing and maintenance practices are certified for compliance with the international quality management system ISO 9001-2001. Many times Gomselmash won awards at contests “Belarus Best Products” and “Belarus Best Products in the Russian Federation”. The corporation was established on the basis of Gomselmash plant in 1978. The plant was founded in 1930.
