OREANDA-NEWS. April 4, 2008. In March the St. Petersburg branch of Bank Electronika marks the second year since opening its doors to clients. 

The branch began work on March 23, 2006. The office specializes in providing financial services to medium-sized and large businesses and individuals – services for the latter include a program of residential mortgages lending.

Bank Electronika’s target sectors in the region are industry (radio electronics, defense, and enterprises associated with Rosatom and the Federal Agency on Industry), construction, trade, the raw materials complex, and the financial sector. Over its 17-year history in the financial market, Bank Electronika has accumulated considerable experience providing financial services to those sectors.

The St. Petersburg branch of the Bank contributes to the development of the cultural and community life of the city and frequently participates in international economic forums and congresses.

Lyudmila Ponidelko, Member of the Management Board and Director of the St. Petersburg branch, remarked: “The St. Petersburg branch enthusiastically stepped into the Bank’s rebranding program. The Association for Economic Cooperation among Subjects of the Northwestern Russian Federation is currently considering signing an agreement to collaborate in the construction of additional offices in the Northwestern region and participation of the Bank in crediting small and medium-sized businesses and individuals.”
