OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 April 2008 LUKOIL announceв that Mr. Azat Shamsuarov has been appointed Vice President of OAO LUKOIL – General Director of OOO LUKOIL-West Siberia. Prior to that appointment Mr. Shamsuarov was Senior Vice President for Operations of LUKOIL Overseas Holding Ltd.

Azat Shamsuarov was born in 1963 in the town of Sterlitamak (Bashkortostan). In 1986 he graduated from Ufa Oil Institute with a specialization in oil well drilling. From 1988 to 2000 he worked at LUKOIL organizations in West Siberia in various capacities (from Head of Laboratory at Kogalymneft to General Director of Uraineftegaz). From January 2001 he was Vice President, from July 2001 – Senior Vice President for Operations of LUKOIL Overseas Holding Ltd.

Nikolay Inyushin, former head of OOO LUKOIL-West Siberia – Vice President of OAO LUKOIL, has been appointed General Director of ZAO LUKOIL-Trans.
