For the purpose of provision of price accessibility of telecommunication services and further development of Internet market National telecommunication operator JSC Kazakhtelecom continues to conduct the flexible tariff politics. The reduction of tariffs for services of broadband access to Internet became the next step in this direction, reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.

Particularly, from April 1, 2008 the reduction of tariffs on services of broadband access to Internet was executed for the following groups of users: "legal persons" and "natural persons, carries on business without formation of legal person", on tariff plan "Unlimited" by factor of 2 – under bandwidth of port from 256 Kbps and higher, by factor of 4 – under bandwidth of port 128 Kbps.

For example, if the tariff for this service under bandwidth of port 128 Kbps previously amounted to 62 226 tenge per month (excluding VAT), then since April, 1st it was reduced up to 15 500 tenge (excluding VAT). If the tariff for this service under bandwidth of port 256 Kbps previously amounted to 111 983 tenge per month (excluding VAT), then since April, 1st it was reduced up to 55 500 tenge (excluding VAT).

Besides, since April 1, 2008 for following groups of users: "legal persons" and "natural persons, carries on business without formation of legal person", monthly fee for service of broadband access to Internet on "Kazakhstani Internet" tariff plan was reduced almost by factor of 3 .
