OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 April 2008 was announced, that A mixed-use social complex with the area of about 515,000 square metres is to be built on Kutuzovsky Prospekt near Park Pobedy station of the Moscow Metro.

“A multifunction social complex is planned to be built in the area between Kutuzovsky Prospekt and the projectible northern duplicate of Kutuzovsky Prospekt, within walking distance from Park Pobedy metro station,” Aleksander Kuzmin, head architect of Moscow, said.

According to the official, the complex will contain several towers of various heights, it will be adjusted in accordance with the environment and will link two areas divided by Kutuzovsky Prospekt.

It is planned that offices, shops, a cinema and an ice rink will be located in the structure.

Mr Kuzmin added that the multilevel car parks with the total capacity of 6,224 parking spaces were also stipulated to be put up there.
