OREANDA-NEWS. April 10, 2008. By resolution of a shareholder, international financial group Allianz SE, Mr. Sergey A. Dyatlov has been appointed Acting Chairman of JSC IC ATF Polis. At present, in accordance with the RK legislation, his candidature is being agreed in the AFN RK. The previous Chairman, Mr. Maxim Abuzdin, has decided to pursue his further career outside Allianz Group, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Commenting on the appointment, the head of Allianz Eurasia and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ATF Polis, Mr. Hannes Chopra said: "For Allianz, Kazakhstan is a strategically important emerging market. Our aim is to become a leader of the Kazakhstan market. In his position as a Deputy CEO of ROSNO, Mr. Sergey Dyatlov, along with internal control and audit issues, had been actively engaged in implementation of Allianz’s new projects. I am positive that his experience and his knowledge not only of the Russian specifics, but of the entire Group structure and peculiarities of cooperation between the Group members, will further benefit the development of ATF Polis and achievement of our objectives".

According to Sergey Dyatlov, "the main task at this corporate development stage is to accept and adapt all Allianz standards related to business processes, insurance services and customer service quality. I am positive that my experience in working in ROSNO, Russian subsidiary of Allianz SE, and strong management team of ATF Polis will help me to cope with these tasks".

Sergey Dyatlov, 49, had previously worked as Deputy CEO of OJSC ROSNO, supervising internal control and audit of Allianz assets in Russia and CIS, showing himself as an experienced manager, excellent administrator, and true professional. Mr. Sergey Dyatlov graduated from the Dzerzhinsky Academy in Moscow (with major in Automated Management Systems) and the Moscow State Industrial University (with major in Accounting and Audit). For a long time, he worked in the Russian tax police. He has also been an executive director of the Russian Red Cross. Mr. Sergey Dyatlov has been with ROSNO since 2004.
