OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2008. Exactly 10 year ago, Aeroflot Russian Airlines started her first scheduled flight from Moscow to Omsk. In this time span/period more than 760,000 passengers and 5,000 tons of cargo have been carried. Since the flight schedule of summer 1998, Aeroflot has been flying to Omsk daily, reported the press-centre of Aeroflot.

Flights were operated with Tu-154, B737 (1999 – 2003) and with A319 (December 2007 – Marz 2008). Currently, Tu-154M are flying the route to Omsk.

Flight SU 817 from Moscow to Omsk takes off at 23:20 and arrives at 05:30+1 an. Return flight SU 818 takes off at 06:50 in Omsk and arrives at 07:20 in Moscow (all times are local times).

Aeroflot regards Western Siberia as strategically important region for the further development of Russia’s domestic flight network.
 
Therefore Passengers from the Omsk region have top access to connecting flights to Europe and America and may excellently connect to the SkyTeam flight network with its 841 destinations in 162 countries around the world. Passengers are still able to collect Bonus miles on all Aeroflot and SkyTeam flights.

Aeroflot has her own sales office in the Omsk region. In 1998 there worked three employees who took care of the questions, demands and bookings of our passengers. Today the team consists of 12 members who service the travellers of Aeroflot’s subsidiary „Aeroflot Nord“ in addition.
