OREANDA-NEWS. On April 15, 2008 Aleksei Yakovitsky was appointed Co-Head of the Sales Department and Head of the Analytics Division of VTB Investment bank. Among the team members are such recognized analysts as Alexander Pukhaev, Dmitry Dmitriev and Elena Sakhnova, reported the press-centre of VTB.

Alexander Pukhaev is Head of the Metallurgy and Extractive Industry Analysis Unit. Dmitri Dmitriev is Head of the Finance and Fixed-Income Instrument Analysis Unit. Elena Sakhnova is Head of the Transport, Car-Making, Engineering, Chemicals and Construction Material Analysis Unit.
Vitali Buzoverya is appointed Co-Head of the Trading Department in charge of trading in fixed-income instruments. Vitali will be responsible for global capital markets in Russia and the CIS countries, including trading in foreign exchange, interest rates, bonds, and structural financing. Aleksei Ivanov is appointed Deputy of Vitali Buzoverya.

Andrei Girichev is appointed Co-Head of the Trading Department in charge of trading in equities. Oleg Achkasov is appointed Deputy of Andrei Girichev.

Svetlana Fedorenko is appointed Financial Director of VTB Investment bank.

Ekaterina Barinova is appointed HR Director of VTB Investment bank.

Nikolai Dontsov is appointed Chief Operating Director of VTB Invest.

Aleksei Emelianov is appointed IT Director of VTB Invest.

Elena Sakhnova is Head of the Transport, Car-Making, Engineering, Chemicals and Construction Material Analysis Unit. Elena is one of the most quoted analysts in her sphere. In 2004, Institutional Investor named her the best analyst in her sector. In 2007, Elena was recognized as Russia’s best analyst in transportation and engineering according to RBC rating.
Vitali Buzoverya and Alexei Ivanov have more than 10 years of experience in the investment banking market, and took active part in forming the Russian stock and derivatives market from the outset.

Andrei Girichev has been working in the shares market for over 12 years and has a wealth of experience serving both for Russian and foreign companies. For many years, he is a member of RTS Trading Committee and takes an active part in the stock exchange development.

He also served for the largest infrastructural organization of the Russian stock market.

Aleksei Emelianov has more than 12 years of experience in IT. Over these years he held various executive positions in Russian and international companies, as well as was Head of the IT Department at an international investment bank. Aleksei took part in the development of the internal system providing support of trading in the Russian and international markets. For 10 years he was part of the technical committee of RTS.
