OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2008. Hereby we would like to present you our audited 2007 IAS Financial Statements. In general, the Bank’s financial result in 2007 was impressing, reported the press-centre of B.I.N.BANK.

We can note dramatic growth of the net profit: 1,3 bln. Rub. in 2007 against 389 mln. Rub. in 2006 (225%). Such upsurge is related to the Bank’s growing branch network that counted 125 outlets as of January 1, 2008 and envisages further growth up to 150 outlets by the end of 2008.

The Bank’s assets have grown by 13% and amounted to 64,3 bln.Rub. The Bank’s capital totaled 8,4 bln.Rub. that is 17 % higher than in 2006. The loan portfolio amounted to 38,7 bln. Rub.

The Bank has succeeded in its loan portfolio diversification by increasing its share of the retail and SME segments and decreasing concentration of lending to related parties.

The share of related parties lending decreased from 3,6% in 2005 to below 1% in 2007.

It should be noted that the Bank has always demonstrated one of the lowest level of NPLs in the market, in 2007 ratio of NPLs to total loans stood below 1%.
