OREANDA-NEWS. April 25, 2008. The Supervisory Board of Bank “Saint Petersburg” resolved at its meeting to rearrange the Bank’s organizational structure.

By the end of the first six months 2008, the Primorsky, Kouibyshevsky, Proletarsky, Sestroretsky, Moskovsky and Petrovsky branches and Investrbank of Bank “Saint Petersburg” will be moved to the category of its internal structural units - outlets.

The current outlets, which are subordinate directly to the branches, will get the status of an independent structural unit. So, in the near future the Bank’s network will include 31 outlets in Saint Petersburg and 4 branches in Moscow, Kaliningrad, Nizhniy Novgorod and Priozersk.

According to Vladislav Guz, Chairman Deputy of Bank “Saint Petersburg, this rearrangement is aimed to improve and optimize the Bank’s organizational structure, raise its efficiency in the operational and decision making processes and also reduce the expenses.
