OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 April 2008 was announced, that En+ Group has announced the completion of the transaction on the acquisition of 99.845 % of CJSC Resursserviceholding shares  from Donalink Limited.  As the Parties agreed, the transaction amount may not be disclosed.
 
CJSC Resursserviceholding comprises LLC VostSibUgol, LLC Kasyanov Concentrating Plant, LLC Ore Repair Works, 92.69% of JSC Tulunskiy coal field and LLC Svirskiy Ore Repair Works. In 2007, coal output  totaled about  10 million tons.  
 
LLC VostSibUgol, a structural subdivision of CJSC Resursserviceholding, is a major power-station  coal producer  in the Irkutsk Region and the main coal supplier to the  Irkutskenergo Company being part of EuroSibEnergo.
 
Following the result of the transaction, the enterprises of Resursserviceholding will be part of EuroSibEnergo.
 
“This transaction will allow us to provide  EuroSibEnergo with stable power-station  coal supply and to strengthen our strategic positions in the power market,” said General Director of En+ Group Vladislav Solovyev.
 
"Now Irkutskenergo has the opportunity to make long-term coal supply plans. We got two  main advantages – independence from price fluctuations in the solid fuel market and raw materials security, - said   General Director of Irkurskenergo Sergey Emdin.
