OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 May 2008 was announced, that a house for former inmates of children’s homes has been commissioned in neighbourhood 3 of Yuzhnoe Butovo urban district, southwest Moscow.

A source from the city administration of Moscow said that the house for orphaned children had been built by Glavstroy Corporation.

“This is a 14-storey residential building with the area of 5,200 square metres where 36 flats are to be delivered to the orphans of the full legal age as well as to the abandoned children,” the official noted.

According to him, a one-roomed flat in this house has the area of 38 square metres.

“The city will enter into agreements of free use with the future residents of the house,” the representative of the city administration of Moscow added.

He emphasized that the house had been fully prepared for moving into.
