OREANDA-NEWS. May 15, 2008. AG Bank plans to close deals to attract credits of \\$19.5 million during the annual meeting and business forum of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) that will be conducted in Kiev on May 18-19. The bank's Executive Director, Azer Movsumov said the bulk of the credits will be borrowed over 5 years with the possibility of prolonging the term by 2 years. The EBRD will give \\$5 million for SME development, \\$3 million for micro and very small businesses and \\$2 million for the co-financing program. Partners of the EBRD will lend AG Bank \\$5 million for this program too. The EBRD will expand the credit line for the AG Bank trade financing program by \\$4.5 million. The EBRD partners will provide the same sum for this. The credit's term will be 18 months. The EBRD will most probably announce AG Bank the best one on the trade financing program again during the Kiev meeting. AG Bank's liabilities to the EBRD will increase to \\$40 million.
