OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 May 2008 was announced, that a new retail and entertainment complex is to be built at the 19th kilometre of the MKAD near Besedensky Bridge in the near future. The object will be erected by LLC MTK-Dialeks-1, the project concept has been worked out and approved by Astera that will also select tenants of the areas.

The new complex that has no name yet will have the total area of 281,000 square metres. It will contain an entertainment and shopping centre with an aquapark (two floors among fours will be underground) and a 21-storey hotel and office complex. The aquapark area will equal 15,000 square metres. It’s also planned to put up a ground level car park for 3,700 parking spaces.

The three-star hotel will occupy roughly 36,500 square metres. The offices of class B will have the total area of 28,000 square metres.

The construction is planned to be launched in summer 2008. The developer promises to complete the work in 2010. The retail and entertainment complex will be opened at first and then the construction of the office and hotel centre will be finished.
