"Just as in other countries where Allianz operates, the company seeks not only to attain leadership in terms of business performance indicators, but also to improve its position in service quality and customer loyalty. And we intend to become a number one company in this respect, as Allianz attaches great importance to the customer service quality. To this end, all companies of the Group use a unique system for monitoring the level of customer satisfaction delivered by our services. This system will be implemented in Kazakhstan in the nearest future".

Mr. Sergey Dyatlov, Chairman of the Board of Allianz Kazakhstan, explains: "For us, rebranding means not just replacement of the corporate style and logo. First of all, it reflects the shift to a fundamentally new level of client relations. Under the Allianz brand we plan not only to strengthen our traditionally solid positions in the corporate segment, but also to actively expand our retail business. We will do everything possible to ensure that the Kazakh people get access to the international-quality service guaranteed by Allianz throughout the world. We hope that the Kazakh people will realize and take due account of the convenience of insurance and financial services provided by Allianz".
