OREANDA-NEWS. June 03, 2008. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) considered a complaint of "InterLabService" Ltd. and confirmed the validity of the actions undertaken by the Federal Agency for Health Care and Social Development in an open auction for governmental contracts for supplying diagnostic equipment necessary to identify patients infected with human immunodeficiency viruses in 2008, as part of the priority national project (24 lots), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

In its complaint, "InterLabService" Ltd. pointed out that the requirements of technical assignment of № 7 lot in the auction documentation did not comply with Part 2 Article 34 of the Federal Law "On State and Municipal Procurement of the Goods, Works and Services".

However, FAS Russia established that the technical assignment complied with the Federal Law "On State Procurement…". Furthermore, the auction documentation did not contain the requirements on supplying the reagents from a particular manufacturer, which also do not violate the legislation.

As a result, the Antimonopoly Service recognized the complaint unfounded.
