OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 June 2008 was announced, that number of Ukrsotsbank clients using alternative channels of service sales (outside of banking offices) dynamically grows. Today above 93% of cash withdrawal operations and 22% of transactions on the replenishment of accounts are carried out outside the bank offices - clients carry out these operations in self service zones and ATMs located outside the bank branches. About 50% of connections to the SMS-banking service are carried out not in branches but through calling to the Contact Centre. An increasing number of clients use Internet Banking which allows them, receive information on the state of their accounts and carry out a variety of financial transactions (transfers between cards, purchase vouchers of mobile operators etc) without leaving home or office. Similar operations can be carried out with the help of mobile phone, by connecting to the SMS Banking service.
