OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2008.  MIEL - Novostroyki has taken part in the 18 th annual specialist exhibition entitled "Real Estate 2008", which took place at the Central House of Artists, Moscow . The exhibition showed that Moscow is still experiencing a shortage of supply of new economy class buildings.

The goal of the exhibition is to provide the visitors with an opportunity to learn about new projects and services, ask the leading specialists questions, and receive an expert advice.

About 1,500 people visited the MIEL - Novostroyki stand in a matter of four days. The Company's specialists provided more than 500 consultations regarding the choice of an apartment in Moscow and the Moscow Oblast, alternative transactions, exclusive mortgage lending programs offered by the partner banks, such as Sberbank, VTB24, Gazprombank, Absolutbank, and MDM.

The analysis of questions asked by the visitors has shown that the Moscow-based facilities were in greatest demand, even despite the fact that most of the supply is concentrated in the Moscow Oblast. In addition to that, many people are interested in the economy class facilities, which are also in short supply in Moscow. The bearing-wall house Volzhskiy development located in the southeast of Moscow drew attention of the visitors. According to MIEL - Novostroyki analysts, the demand for newly built housing outpaces the supply, which will result in prices going up 20-25% in 2008.
