The district has considerable development perspective views and could become a business city center in future. It creates the necessary prerequisites for its high attendance.

The engineering works at the site are completed; a permit to commence pre-construction works has been received.

The construction of the shopping center is scheduled to start in 2009, and is expected to be completed in 2012.
