OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 June 2008 International Holding CENTRAVIS announced the appointment of Roman Stolarsky as HR Director. The tasks of the new head will include development of staff and company personnel policy, coordination of corporate communications. At the post of HR Director Roman Stolarsky replaced Ksenia Trukan, who on 30 May left the company at her own volition.

As a member of the Board of Directors of CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” Roman will be responsible for the effective participation of all levels of human capital in implementation of the development strategy, continuous development of the personnel, as well as management of HR department of the company.

In 1981 Roman Stolarsky graduated from the Technical Military Academy, specializing in “Science and Electronics”, in 1994, Institut Franзais de Gestion on the programme of International Executive MBA. Roman is a Certified head of quality management systems ISO 9000 — 2000. From 1991 to 1998 he passed a number of programmes on production, human resources management, various psychological methods in staff recruitment.

Roman has 30 years of experience in the area of personnel management in various sectors of business, guided the development and introduction of more than 150 major projects in the field of personnel management, and is a member of Polish Human Resources Association. Starting from 1999 he was an advisor and consultant on business efficiency, strategic issues and personnel management of boards of directors at large Polish and European companies.
