The new format of the corporate event – an intellectual competition – made it possible to focus on the leadership qualities of the contestants, their ability to work as a team under stressful conditions, to map out priorities and coordinate actions.  All in all, 44 young specialists had these skills tested.  Business cards, business games, creative competition – these are the stages of the competition that made it possible to select the leaders.

First place went to “Team #1” from Krasnodar, “Ladies and gentlemen” from Astrakhan took second prize and “Evolution”, the team from STC’s Rostov branch, came in third place.  As prizes, the winning contestants of STC won one and two-week internships abroad, and also at one of Russia’s major telecommunications companies.

According to the trainers and consultants of “The Center for Development of Business Skills” (located in Moscow), the competition “STC Stars” demonstrated the tremendous potential of the company’s young people, acted as a powerful career incentive, provided many new emotions, and was a memorable event full of amazing discoveries.  “The best thing the company can do for its employees is to give them the chance to discover themselves and unlock their potential”, the consultants noted.
