OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 June 2008 was announced, that JSC ”Far Eastern Energy Company” is  introducing in the energysales branches  the Regulations, approved by JSC RAO UES of Russia, on processing electric power quality complaints.  Acceptance of this  document is one more step in the systematic  work  directed at improvement of JSC FEEC’s consumer services.

Introduction of the Regulations will allow  to improve  the energy sales branches’ responsibility for the rendered  services quality, which also means  the effectiveness of their work.  This document  strictly  indicates the indexes to which the  quality of the supplied electric power  shall  correspond to, as also terms and order of consumers’ complaints processing, the list of necessary documents.

Headquarters on the basis  of the  branches are being  launched  to work with  consumer complaints in each region within the zone of JSC FEEC’s responsibility – in Primorsky, Khabarovsky, Amursky and Jewish Autonomous regions. Besides that  from October 2007   the Integrated informational center for electric power consumers  is open  where any of the  subscribers can address to  with  questions,  complaints and requests regarding  the company’s work.    In the near future  the  detailed instruction booklet  with the scheme of actions in the case of necessity  to address a complain on quality of  electric power supply will be posted to web sites of the energy sales companies.

It will be remembered  that  that is  not the first step  of the  Far Eastern energy specialists  directed at   consumer services improvement.  At the end of last year  RAO UES of Russia  chose Far Eastern Energy Company  for implementation the  pilot  project   on organization the Centers of the complex consumer services(CCS). Within  the framework  of  this program    the up-to date center of consumer services was opened  in the city of Khabarovsk. In the whole  the  network of CCS  covers  Primorsky, Khabarovsky  and Jewish Autonomous regions and it is planned  that it will be expended  within the year.

JSC FEEC  is the  integrated holding company,   the  sole  provider of last resort  of electric power  in the largest part of the Far East and building with the consumers  of really partnership relations is one of  the priorities  in  the present company’s work, says  Deputy Director General for Sales Sergey Khitun,  up-to date centers of consumer services, extensive network  of the  subscribers’  offices, integrated telephone line for all our  consumers -  all of this  is  being  done  for  building  constructive dialogue. The accepted regulations  enhance our intentions  and our responsibility  before  a consumer.
