OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2008. It is now possible to trade in all Danske and Sampo investment funds not only at Danske bankas units, but also using e-banking – Danske eBank. Without leaving your home, you may manage your portfolio by purchasing, selling or exchanging the investment funds in a more operative way.

For the transactions in investment funds executed using our eBank, standard commission fees apply. These fees are fixed in the prospectuses and distribution procedures of our investment funds. When trading with our eBank, the responsibility for all transactions and possible consequences is assumed by the client himself. The bank only ensures execution.

If you would like to trade in investment funds using Danske eBank, you should present the documents proving your title to these assets. Married persons should furnish a marital settlement or another document proving ownership or power of attorney for a spouse. You should remember that if you sell or exchange investment funds earlier than 366 days after they have been acquired, you are obligated to pay a 15 percent personal income tax to the State Tax Inspectorate from the net profit earned from the securities sold.

Investors who would like to trade in investment funds using Danske eBank have to sign contracts for the provision of investment services and for Danske eBank and open up a securities account in Danske bankas. Customers who signed contracts for the provision of investment services before 1 November 2007, prior to the Law on Financial Instrument Markets coming into effect, and have not renewed them will not be able to trade in investment funds using our eBank. If this is the case, we invite you to come to the nearest customer service unit of Danske bankas and to sign a new contract.
