OREANDA-NEWS. July 02, 2008. Pursuant to its sales development and customer service quality improvement program, the insurance company ROSNO has launched a new e-shop interface, making its web presence richer, more convenient and understandable for the clients, reported the press-centre of ROSNO. 

The updated version https://eshop.rosno.ru/index.xml now has two new client sections. The Personal Suite section enables users to track status of their orders and the entire history of their previous purchases. The Events and Discounts section contains constantly updated information on the most favorable offers during the special events period.

The purchase execution procedure has also become more convenient. Now, the clients will have an opportunity to "defer" the order, i.e. to continue its execution in any time convenient to them.
ROSNO has been paying attention to the development of Internet-based sales since 2002. In 2007, 15 thousand people became clients of ROSNO’s e-shop. Each year, the number of clients increases by 30% on average.

The Moscow version of the company’s e-shop today features over 20 products for private individuals and corporate entities. In the online mode, private clients can conclude such insurance contracts as MOD, OMTPL, VMI for adults, children and elderly, contracts for pregnancy management and obstetrics, express insurance of apartments, travellers’ insurance, etc. Corporate entities can use order such programs as car insurance and VMI.

ROSNO’s new e-shop has been activated in 27 cities. The clients in other regions can access such products as OMTPL, Megapolis Express, and travellers’ insurance.
