OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 July 2008 was announced, that IDGC of Centre, JSC solemnly opened its 29th Customer Service Centre. It started to work in the second important  town of the Kostroma Region Ї the town of Shariya. Now it has two such Centres. The first Customer Service Centre of Kostroma was opened on August 15, 2007 and  has already been visited by  over 12 thousand people.

Aleksandr Glebov, Deputy General Director and Director of an IDGC of Centre, JSC subsidiary; Pyotr Osipov, Deputy Head of the  Department of Fuel and Energy Complex   and Tariff Policy of the region administration; Valentina Krupina, Head of “Information Accounting Centre on Utility Payments Service” Kostroma municipal unitary enterprise; Vladimir Klimov, Head of Shariya; and Sergey Popov, Director of 115 Ltd took part in the CSC opening ceremony. Heads of organisations and companies operating in Shariya were invited to the ceremony.

By tradition the red ribbon was  cut, and the participants studied  the   registration and work of the CSC. All necessary information is avaliable to customers through information stands, booklets, advertising cutaways, and Our energy corporate newspaper of IDGC of Centre, JSC.

The CSC provides internal and correspondence servicing. It has a    twenty-four-hour free hot line for customers: 8-800-50-50-115.

The following companies work in the CSC: offices of "Kostromaenergo", an IDGC of Centre, JSC subsidiary; branch No 7 in Shariya of "Information Accounting Centre on Utility Payments Service"  municipal unitary enterprise; subsidiary of "Energobalance-Centre" in the Kostroma Region.

Addressing the journalists, Aleksandr Glebov noted that "the company is improving its principle of work with customers; it may be proved by the new, excellently equipped Centre in Shariya.  Under the motto "The Customer is always right", powermen will continue developing the list of the offered services and attracting other companies to collaborate." Head of Shariya Vladimir Klimov  thanked the powermen for the splendid office, the given services and  wished the employees CSC  successful work.

Tamara Satina, who is engaged in medical insurance, was registered as the first customer of the new Centre. She came with an application for connection to the networks of the Shekshemskaya outpatient clinic for 35 people. Very soon light will appear in the distant medical station. Tamara Satina, being the first customer, received a present from the powermen and expressed her satisfaction with the level of service and efficiency of an application pendency.

Opening of the Customer Service Centre in Shariya is an important step towards the main condition of the company’s work efficiency – customer-oriented approach. The CSC receives applications for technological connection to electric networks, gives out notes on the state of the personal account, provides information on tariffs, accruals and payments, provides services on repair, replacement and sealing of electric meters. Customers can also be consulted free of charge specialists concerning power supply issues.

System of work with customers is developing fast in “Kostromaenergo”. On July 2 the Customer Service Centre will be opened in the town of Nerekhta; in September it will be opened in Kostroma. As wished the participants of the solemn ceremony in Shariya, “a happy journey!”
