OREANDA-NEWS. On 08 July 2008 was announced, that "Kostromaenergo", an IDGC of Centre, JSC subsidiary, solemnly opened the Customer Service Centre in the town of Nerekhta. Thus, 30 CSCs  now operate within IDGC of Centre, JSC  footprint.

Nerekhta is an ancient Russian town the history of which can be traced in the annals. Today it is a large railway junction with a complex of plants and factories. Private and small business are developing in this area.

The solemn ceremony of the CSC opening was organized by Deputy Director for development and sales of services Aleksey Nikonorov. Deputy General Director and Director of the IDGC of Centre,JSC subsidiary  Aleksandr Glebov, Deputy Head of the town of Nerekhta Roman Eryomchenko, First Deputy Head of the Nerekhta district Oleg Popolitov, and Deputy Director of “Energobalance-Centre ltd Subsidiary in the Kostroma Region”, Aleksandr Averin took part in the CSC opening ceremony.

By tradition the red ribbon was cut, and the CSC was presented to the guests.  The CSC provides internal and correspondence servicing. It has a twenty-four-hour free hot line for customers: 8-800-50-50-115, and a virtual reception.

Offices of such companies as "Kostromaenergo", an IDGC of Centre, JSC subsidiary, and “Energobalance-Centre ltd Subsidiary in the Kostroma Region” work in the Customer Service Centre.

Addressing the journalists, Aleksandr Glebov noted that "IDGC of Centre, JSC is developing the customer-oriented approach  by rendering services on all electric power issues. The number and quantity of the rendered services speak about the company, its image and its future."   Removal of indications of electric meters, their repair, calculating of electric power, connection to electric systems,  and conclusion of contracts on technological connection Ї these and other services are already provided  to customers  today.

Long-term plans include opening of CSCs in the towns of  Galich, Neya, and Bui. Powermen invite other organisations for cooperation - gas and water supplying organisations and managing housing companies. It is planned to transfer to the Customer Service Centres some personnel of dispatch services in order to inform beforehand legal entities and private subscribers about planned and off-schedule power cutoffs.

Deputy Head of the Neretsk district Oleg Popolitov thanked powermen for the marvelous office and  provided services and  wished to the CSC employees successful work. He assured that the territory around the office would be put in order, so that any Nerekhta citizen would be pleased not only to go to the CSC but even to pass the Customer Service Centre.

Aleksandr Surin was registered as the first customer of the new Centre. He is engaged in transformation of a premise from an inhabited  one to an office, and he come to file an application for technological connection to  electric systems. According to the first customer, "this form of service is very convenient. Everything can be solved in one place, and it saves time.” The first customer wished success in work to the employees of the Customer Service Centre.
