OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 July 2008 was announced, that Energorynok magazine gave Evgeny Makarov, General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC, a note of thanks for support and holding of the conference Electric power industry  to consumers.

Development of relations with customers, satisfaction of their needs and expectations, creation of comfortable conditions are among the most important tasks of  IDGC of Centre activity that are set out in the company's strategy. Now IDGC of Centre actively works over development of  complex customer service system. Therefore the company tries to participate and support constantly similar actions, conferences, meetings, because they give invaluable possibility not only to share own experience, but also to exchange opinions with other power companies, to adopt new techniques and ideas.

Acting as the  partner of Electric power industry to consumers conference  that took place in June of this year, IDGC of Centre also tried to analyse the best expertises of work with consumers, to discuss problems of customer-oriented  politicy of the industry in 2008-2011

Anatoly Chubays, Marina Liborakina, Head of the Management for Non-Financial Risk Management and Social Statements of "RAO UES of Russia"; Anatoly Golov, a Chairman of the Consumers Union; Aleksey Kozhevnikov, Vice-President of "Support of Russia" took part in the conference. Heads of public authorities of federal and regional levels, heads of  power companies and  self-regulated organisations, representatives of business associations, organisations on protection of the rights of the consumers, independent analytical centres.

Heads of IDGC of Centre  presented experience of the company in construction of the complex customer service system.

General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC presented took floor  at the plenary meeting with the report "Relations between customers andpower companies in the retail market". Evgeny Makarov attracted the audience attention to the fact that the interregional distribution grid companies of the country work today in changing conditions. "If we compare the consumer before reform when he had relations with "energo" joint-stock companies with the position in which he is now, it becomes clear that it is a very difficult position. We should do our best to improve his position. The retail market of the electric power,  relations between  the companies themselves have not yet been formed. The retail model   should take into account interests of all  market entities. Our  task is to learn how to build civilised relations and  prepare for future. IDGC of centre is doing its best for it". He   stressed again the importance of formation and development of customer service systems  of  power companies, and this must take place not by an administrative method but under the good will of shareholders and the companies' management and reflect the development strategy      

Anna Korneichuk, Head of the Department of  organisation of customer service of IDGC of Centre, JSC ,  presented the report "Experience" of IDGC of Centre in organisation of customer service". She told about forms of work with customers,  standard legal base, results of work for two years, plans for 2008.

Director for  information policy, head of the office of General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC  Andrey Karbukov  presented to the participants of conference the policy of information availability of IDGC of Centre. He noted that customer-orientated strategy is set out in the Mission and strategy of development of the company. For realisation of strategy of the company it is necessary that the company  provides customers with clear information. For this purpose 30 customer service centres work within IDGC of Centre,JSC footrpint; the free hotline number is 8-800-50-50-115 . There are virtual receptions on the web site of  each subsidiary that allow to make an application for technological connection, send a complaint to the company and  learn the order and  standard-legal base of the technological connection process .

In section "Development of the retail markets of the electric power and protection of the rights of consumers", Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC  on realisation of electric power services Vadim Fyodorov presented the report "Retail market: developed system of  relations". Vadim Fyodorov told about the interests of participants of the retail market: consumers,  marketing and network companies. He also touched upon issues of interaction of the market entities on technological connection, "caldron" principle of tariff design, issuess of commercial account in the retail market, relations with operating companies of apartment houses.

Head of the Department of Technological Conection, IDGC of Centre, JSC  Ravil Aliaskarov told about "the developed practice and problems of technological connection". He showed the dynamics of attached capacity on groups of consumers in 2006-2008,explained the policy IDGC of Centre on organisation of technological connection, designated problems and ways of their solution.
