On July 15, 2008 Eximbank Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, provided to KASE the copy of certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of July 3, 2008 on government registration of the third bonds issue within the first bond program of the bank, reported the press-centre of KASE.

In compliance with the AFS certificate the volume of bonds issue makes up KZT10.0 bn. given the security face value KZT100.0. The issue is divided into 100 m. uncovered coupon bonds, which were assigned the national identification number KZP03Y07C299. The issue was included into the State securities Register under number C29-3.

The bank's first bond program is registered by AFS on November 12, 2006 to the total amount of KZT30.0 bn. under number N29.
