Under the new agreement, the existing contract with SPD has been prolonged and the list of services to be delivered by Integra has been significantly expanded to include, for example, coil tubing and mobile nitrogen unit services. These new well development and workover technologies enjoy an increasing demand from the oil and gas producers relative to traditional development and workover methods.

Commenting on the agreement with SPD, Lev Goldenberg, Executive Vice-President of Integra Group for Drilling and Workover, said:

“We are grateful to Salym Petroleum Development for its custom and for high regard for our services. This is evidenced by the extension of our contract and the expansion of the range of Integra’s services used. I am sure that working alongside such an important customer which employs the highest quality and safety standards as well as possesses a vast technological experience will allow our specialists and managers to achieve the highest levels of professionalism and will further strengthen our long term partnership”.

SPD Technical Director Koos Koole, commenting on this, said:

“We have cooperated with Smith Eurasia Company, which is the part of Integra, for more than 5 years and we are satisfied with their work as our partners.

Therefore we have prolonged the contract for a further two years. I am sure that if, as a service provider, Integra Group continues to demonstrate the same positive dynamics in the quality of its services, continued growth in competence, compliance with technical, technological and environmental standards, we will consider prolonging our partnership even further”.
