OREANDA-NEWS. On 1 August 2008 was announced, that "Bryanskenergo", an IDGC of Centre, JSC subsidiary, held a meeting of human resources directors of the subsidiaries, organisational development directors of IDGC of Centre, JSC and the Human Resources Department of IDGC of Centre, JSC central administration.

All issues of the meeting were studied and discussed from the point of view of the most effective achievement of strategic targets of the Company. In the field of human resources management the Company set the main strategic targets: to generate the highly skilled team of specialists providing achievement of the corporate purposes, an interregional team based on the principles of uniform corporate culture of the Company, raise the total performance with a reserve and quality of the personnel, form allegiance of the personnel to the Company. These purposes are fixed in the mission and values of the company and are basis of the planning chart and objective tree of the Company.

The meeting passed in the form of "open dialogue". All participants could express opinion, discuss certain problems and problems arising during performance of the collective agreement, uniform system of motivation of the personnel, personnel training. The meeting  participants also discussed issues of  the 2009 tariff policy  and its consequences in connection with change to the Uniform System of Labour Payment, consolidation of former DGCs in the form of consolidation within the uniform operating company IDGC of Centre, The subsidiaries shared their experience of performance of such important and urgent issues as the housing policy, private pension programme, attraction of young specialists, etc.

According to the results of the meeting, the participants made the decision on establishment of the target human resources management programme - "Investments to the personnel".
