OREANDA-NEWS. On 1 August 2008 was announced, that ENECO, an energy company, and Serov Ferro-Alloy Plant (SFAP) in Serov (the Sverdlovsk Region) have made a Cooperation Agreement.

A document signed by Alexei Fedoseyev, General Director of ENECO, and by Arman Yesenzhulov, General Director of SFAP, envisioned a construction of a thermal power plant with a capacity of 130 megawatt (with a total volume of financing of about 4 billion Rubles) at the plant’s territory.

ENECO and the Administration of the Serov City County made a Cooperation Agreement, too. In accordance with the Agreement, Serov shall be reliably supplied with heat from the new plant in SFAP which is Serov’s local economic mainstay.

ENECO is a specialized energy company of ITERA Group of companies, which has been supplying the Sverdlovsk Region with natural gas since 1999. SFAP is one of the largest Russian enterprises producing  chromous ferrous alloys.
