OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 August 2008 was announced, that in the promotion framework of "Foie Gras"™ MHP conducts a national program of master-classes. These master-classes were conducted in Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Lvov, Kharkov and Odessa for chefs of elite restaurants. The objective of the master-classes is to create culture of the product cooking and eating among chefs of elite restaurants and to increase sales in the HoReCa Channel.

The master-class was conducted by a famous in the cooking world master Herve Bourdon, the holder of prestigious awards and prizes, the winner of numerous culinary competitions. Herve Bourdon demonstrated cooking secrets of "Foie Gras"™ products such as goose liver, goose fillet and thighs.
