OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 August 2008 Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine, announced that it will assign a credit rating to UAH48.2m 3-year upcoming housing bonds (A, B series) to be issued by Kiev-based IlionLLC (`Issuer` or `Company`). The company`s principal activity is investing and construction. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider Issuer`s financial statements and its other inside information.

A credit rating assigned to an issue of debt securities indicates issuer`s capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on obligations. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of issuer`s bonds.
