Aerosvit in cooperation with PrivatBank managed to find out the efficient solution of the problem by means of combining the Online Chat with the payment system based on information software elaborated by PrivatBank’s Centre of Electronic Business. Aerosvit placed the Chat button on its website, the clicking on it opens the Chat window with extra services. Now, the Aerosvit operator can elucidate details of any client’s problem, consult him, propose its solution and promptly provide client with his payment bill directly in the Chat window. Meanwhile the client receives the notification with a proposal to pay bill and he can at once perform it by VISA card or MasterCard. The transaction’s security is guarded by 3d Secure Standard.

As soon as the client transfers money, his account in the Chat becomes green coloured and the payment’s state changes into Bill Is Paid. Then, the Aerosvit operator continues his work with the client. The payment is transferred to Aerosvit account minus PrivatBank’s fee, under Internet Acquiring agreement.
