On July 31, 2008, Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (www.halykbank.kz) and Kazakhinstrakh JSC (www.kazakhinstrakh.kz) announced launching of the joint service - Mobile bankin for insurance services. Now services of the largest on-line service of Kazakhstan Mobile banking system are rolled out to clients of Kazakhinstrakh JSC in terms of insurance products.

Because of the Mobile banking service (http://www.halyk24.kz/remote/mobile_bank) clients of Kazakhinstrakh JSC got an opportunity to receive to their mobile telephones SMS-messages on upcoming termination of an insurance agreement or the need in the next payment (if insurance implies deferred payment).

SMS-messages will be sent to clients one month and then one week prior to an insurance policy termination (insurance of a car, property, accidents insurance and other products), thereby warning a client on necessary actions to ensure comfortable time for an insurance agreement renewal. SMS-messages will include the insurance policy termination period and the CallCenter telephone number to find out the location of Kazakhinstrakh JSC nearest offices.

"As we are oriented towards the long-term cooperation with clients for us it is important agreements renewal percentage. We expect that because of this mobile service of reminding, the number of loyal clients of out company will increase. In addition, this again demonstrates to the clients the high level of the service, used by Kazakhinstrakh JSC via application of the most modern technologies", - believes Chairman of Kazakhinstrakh JSC Board Dolores Medeusheeva.

In order to subscribe for sms-notice a client of Kazakhinstrakh JSC needs to indicate in the form own mobile number or inform it by telephone (city code) 58-41-31 (the single telephone for Kazakhstan) or 269-60-87 (for Almaty), on already concluded agreements. The connection will be done within one banking day. The service is free of charge, and all costs on payment of the sms-traffic will be born by Kazakhinstrakh JSC.

In addition, Kazakhinstrakh JSC is the first insurance company on CIS territory which will provide such service. The project was developed by specialists of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC and Kazakhinstrakh JSC with support of Intervale (Moscow). This service development is expected in the nearest future.
